Exchanges & Returns
This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all orders placed through R.W.A Beauty. Additional rights may apply to consumers in certain countries, including the United Kingdom and European Union, where local consumer protection laws provide specific cancellation and refund rights.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may be entitled to cancel your order and return eligible items in accordance with the terms below.
Additional Rights for UK & EU Consumers
If you are purchasing as a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the final item in your order.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may:

Submit a return request through your customer account using our self-service returns portal; or

Email us at info@rwabeauty.co.uk with your Order Reference Number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
You must notify us of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.
Once your request has been received, we will provide instructions for returning your item(s).
Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a refund:

Items must be unused, unopened, unworn, and in their original condition.

All packaging, seals, cellophane wrapping, tamper-resistant seals, tags, nets, and security ties must remain intact where applicable.

Items must be returned with any included accessories, promotional items, or free gifts.

Products that have been opened, used, tested, worn, installed, or unsealed cannot be accepted for return where they are exempt from return for hygiene or health protection reasons.
Exceptions
For health protection and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return once unsealed after delivery.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Skincare products

Lip products

False lashes

Beauty tools and accessories

Hair extensions

Wigs

Hair bundles

Frontals and closures

Ponytails and hairpieces

Any product supplied with a hygiene or security seal that has been opened, unsealed, worn, installed, washed, brushed, combed, cut, coloured, chemically treated, altered, or tampered with after delivery
The right of withdrawal also does not apply to:

Personalised or custom-made products
-
Gift cards
-
Digital products once accessed, downloaded, or delivered
These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Hair Products
For hygiene reasons, hair extensions, wigs, bundles, frontals, closures, ponytails, and hairpieces may only be returned if they remain unused, unworn, uninstalled, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags, seals, nets, and security ties intact.
Any hair product that has been worn, installed, brushed, combed, washed, cut, coloured, chemically treated, or otherwise altered after delivery cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to Return or Exchange

Please submit a return request through your customer account or email us at info@rwabeauty.co.uk with your Order Reference Number and a brief explanation of your return request.
Return Instructions
Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide instructions on how to return your parcel.
Prepare Your Parcel

Ensure goods are securely re-packaged in their original packaging.

Enclose your dispatch note or receipt inside the parcel.

Seal the parcel carefully to avoid damage during transit.
Post Your Return
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or applicable law provides otherwise.
Please obtain proof of postage from your postal provider.

We cannot accept liability for items lost in transit without proof of postage.
Shipping Charges and Refunds
Where you exercise your legal right of withdrawal under applicable UK or EU consumer protection laws, any standard delivery charges paid as part of the original order will be refunded.
However, any additional costs arising from your choice of a premium delivery option, such as express, priority, or next-day delivery, above our standard delivery service will not be refunded.
Customers remain responsible for the cost of returning goods unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or applicable law provides otherwise.
Processing Your Return
Where you exercise your legal right of withdrawal, we will issue any refund due within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal.
However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence that they have been returned, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
If a returned item does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and return the item to the customer.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide photographs and details of the issue.
Reporting issues within this timeframe helps us investigate and resolve matters quickly. However, nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or supplied in error, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights, including a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
International Orders
R.W.A Beauty ships worldwide. Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered comply with local laws and regulations in their destination country.
Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Where local consumer protection laws provide rights that differ from this policy, those statutory rights will take precedence to the extent required by law.
